About Us

INTRODUCING

I am a second generation wood worker. My father has been doing art and craft shows since I was a little kid. I started into the business, not by choice, helping my dad when he got busy, sanding and finishing his wood pieces. When I was in high school I graduated to cutting on the band saw, radial arm saw and table saw.  My father used to make those collapsible baskets, which required very detailed cutting. By 10th grade I was able to cut all of the shapes and designs my father made and sold.

After obtaining an undergraduate degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance I worked for a bank in their investment division for 8 years. I always knew where my heart was but I was determined to lead my own life. After 8 years had passed, I knew it was time for me to get out of the suit and tie and become a wood worker just like my father.
